Villa Nawres Djerba reserves the right to modify them at any time. They are always available on the website.

2. Availability, Booking, and Follow-up

Reservations are made online. Unless otherwise stated, stays and options are payable on site.
Some services may require secure online payment.
A confirmation email will be sent after booking.
Validating a booking implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in Tunisian Dinar (TND), including all taxes.
Services will be billed based on the current rates at the time of confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

A booking becomes final once validated on the website.
Villa Nawres Djerba may refuse a service if conditions are not met.

5. Cancellation and Fees

5.1 Cancellation by Villa Nawres Djerba

In case of exceptional events or force majeure, a full refund will be issued to the client.

5.2 Cancellation by the client

Any cancellation must be communicated in advance. Fees may apply based on agreed conditions.
If the client arrives more than 30 minutes late without notice or does not show up, no refund will be issued.

6. Liability and Warranty

All services comply with Tunisian regulations.

Guests are responsible for their own civil liability. Villa Nawres declines any liability for accidents or theft.
